OVERVIEW
Dr. Hood has been at Pediatric Associates of Franklin since August 2005. A native of Brentwood, she returned home after completing her medical training in Memphis. Dr. Hood received her medical degree and completed her residency at the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine in Memphis. While there, she also served as the Chief Pediatric Resident at LeBonheur Children's Hospital. Dr. Hood is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Prior to joining PAF, Dr. Hood has held a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Cumberland Pediatric Foundatin.
