"On behalf of my mom who had an appt today with Dr. Yang at the Exton office: This was THE WORST root canal experience of her life!! Wish I could give zero stars. The front desk was very nice but that is where it ended. The assistant was cold and couldn’t be bothered. Dr. Yang was abrupt, hard, and extremely rude! He has a terrible bedside manner and is awful with the needle. She has had root canals before and this one was definitely the worst! Before she left the office, the numbing had already worn off and she is in extreme pain. I called to ask what she can take since she wasn’t given any recommendations and was told just Advil, she’ll be fine. Trust me, we’ve already called our referring dentist and advised not to refer any other patients to this disgrace of an office. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!"
