"If you are considering a Dr who shows compassion, professionalism or decency DO NOT USE Michelle Karpinski!!!!! My fiancé had her visit with this horrible woman for blood work and a physical. At that time she noted a felt a small lump on my fiancé’s thyroid. She scheduled an ultrasound to investigate. The test was performed just 2 days later. After a few days of obvious anxiety waiting to hear back on results I began pushing her to initiate a response. Days lead to beyond a week, still no response. As our anxiety grew I was finally able to coax my future bride to break down and call her office to get the results of her tests. On that call she was forced to leave a msg. AGAIN WE WAITED! The wait continued on to almost a month. Yesterday, only after constant personal anguish I was asked to assist in gaining a response from the office. In my phone call the receptionist told me she was able to see the note in their system that the patient had called PRIOR to request a call back ...

"My 83 year old mother was looking to switch doctors. We got Michelle’s name from a list of geriatric doctors. Our first visit with her seemed to go well as my mom needed a follow up after getting Covid. Michelle seemed to show she cared about all my mom had gone through and did a thorough exam. We went back for my moms follow up visit in October 2021. Michelle walked in, greeted us with a hello and then proceeded to ask my mom if she had taken the vaccine. My mom responded with “no”. In a firm tone Michelle then questioned my mother as to why not?!! We tried to explain to her that she had Covid and we wanted a blood test done to see if she still had the antibodies. We kept getting resistance from Michelle at every turn. She even went on to say that my mother was lucky she came home from from the hospital with only oxygen and she possibly wouldn’t get lucky again if she caught Covid for a second time. I had expressed that we don’t know much about the vaccine yet and it’s only been out ...

"I have seen Michelle Karpinski several times over the past few years and my experience has been excellent - completely opposite of the review I read from December. I did not see her in Northvale but have seen her both in Harrington Park and Tenafly offices and am completely satisfied by the way I was treated."

"I have never once had a problem with this medical group - until today. Michelle Karpinski is a horrid woman who made my medical issue out to be a joke. She was disgustingly rude on the phone when I asked a simple question about filling a prescription (which I was told to do by my other doctor - I was just taking instructions from them) and told me I can just wait until Monday, because I haven't seen the doctor for a couple of months. This woman DOES NOT know my medical history or needs and had NO right to comment on when I would need my medication. No one should ever have to deal with such judgement and rudeness when it comes to someone's health. This woman should be removed from the medical field immediately."
