"NO STARS- MY HSA CARD WAS CHARGED WITHOUT BEING AUTHORIZED BY NANCY IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HER WHY SHE YELLED AT ME. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. SHE ACCUSED ME OF YELLING AT HER. MY DAUGHTER WAS A PATIENT OF HIS FOR 15YRS. WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK WITH HIM HE FLAT OUT TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT CONTINUE TO CARE FOR MY DAUGHTER UNTIL I PAID MY BILL. WHEN I TRIED TO TELL HIM I MADE A PAYMENT HE SAID HE HAD NO RECORD OF IT. FUNNY.. BLUE CROSS SAID IT SHOWED AS PAID ON MY HSA STATEMENT. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. WISH I COULD GIVE HIM NEGATIVE STARS. "

"3 years ago I went to the Allergy Associates office off of Silverside Rd because of my bad mold allergies. I did not have a good experience. The receptionist was rude and condescending (and I overheard her making fun of other patients who she had apparently been talking with over the phone), and the young nurse was impatient and snarky while was she gathering my information (even though I was the only patient present). Regretfully, I finally lost my patience with her, and she ran out of the room upset, only to then have the doctor finally appear. I calmed down, and explained to him my history and symptoms, but he seemed totally rushed and disinterested, and he even subtly mocked my profession. (I was exposed to mold and mycotoxins in my previous apartment which totally messed up my entire system. As a result, I've been very allergic and desperate for years) The doctor said that I probably just had a lingering cold! Really?! I didn't have a cold for the last 10 years. He clearly ...
wasn't listening. After much debating, he grudgingly said " It sounds like you have allergies." I said " Yes, that's why I came to an... allergist." He then simply told me to take Allegra, and that allergy shots would take too long to kick in and may not help me much anyway. (He dismissed any natural treatments, and didn't even seem aware of certain allergy triggers or mycotoxins.) in short, I found this this doctor to be very dogmatic, unknowledgeable, and dismissive, and his staff was unpleasant. Unless he's changed, avoid this place if you have serious allergies or issues with mycotoxins. "

"Initial visit was extremely disheartening. I went into the office thinking i was getting allergy testing done. First, no one told me i couldn’t take Tylenol PM for a week before testing because it has antihistamines. So in order to justify a reason to charge my insurance for the visit, The Doctor, and his Nurse that interviewed me, were super rude, mean, and condescending to me. After attempting to reviewing my medical history, the nurse ignored everything that was written down, didn’t even bother to read any of the 6 pages of medical history i spent half an hour writing down, and kept talking over me. Then I told her I legally had my marijuana card, and her attitude got real nasty to me. You would think I had “scumbag” written on my forehead. Then the doctor comes in. After telling him THE SAME EXACT allergy symptoms I’ve suffered SINCE IN WAS VERY YOUNG (and they’re many). he tried blaming it “on a concussion from a car accident 3 years ago.” I never had a concussion, MRIs and several ...
other testing i did at the time would have caught that. The doctor didn’t care, he just wanted to hear himself speak the entire time. I left the office extremely upset And confused as to why I was treated so poorly. I haven’t fully gotten over the awful visit. Unfortunately I will go back to get my allergy testing because it’s convenient, and my PCP already submitted the referral. I don’t recommend this guy or his staff to anyone, unless you want to be talked down to and degraded the entire time. "
