"Unfortunately I didn't get a good service from Dr Wilhelm at Pikes Peak Ent in Colorado Springs. He wasn't very clear on explaining the problem, then later billed me for a "Laryngoscopy" which was without explaining if it was necessary or not. Then I had problem on getting the medicine from the pharmacy, it took almost a week until the pharmacy received his prescription order. Overall, very poor communication ..."
