"Honestly the treatment my mother has received at the practice in Knightdale is the worst. She has been working with Dr. Tawfik (he's amazing), but the office staff is below par. Every week the have to reschedule or cancel her appointment which she has to be sedated for. So I have to take off work and so does she for these appointments. Today it was an emergency at the practice. Last week it was a scheduling conflict. Before the Dr. was out of town. On top of that there are new staff in the office every week. The lady I talked to today said she just started on Monday -_- so she has no idea about the hot mess that goes on once you enter those doors. My advice: find an office that takes better care of their patients. "
