"I have been seeing Dr Rezaian for 3+ months and feel he is a wonderful doctor. All the reviews complaining about their difficulties getting in touch with him or his staff should realize that they are severely overworked... he is one of a small handful of Rheumatologist that have to service 100's of thousand people in the tri-state area... I can attest that once you see him, you will feel happy you did... "

"When I was able to see or talk to them before covid it was fine but now it is impossible to reach anyone. I have tried 5 times in the last 2 wks to get a return call this round and it happens all the time. my specialty pharmacy has been trying to schedule my prolia to be delivered. I want to find another doctor."

"Can’t attest to his abilities because I haven’t been able to get a return call for an appointment. The one return call I received occurred on a weekend afternoon. I left another message with the info requested but haven’t received anything else. Requesting my gp send a referral to another specialist outside of this area. Over it. "

"Dr. Rezaian is a great doctor. He takes his time, is very knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns. The only complaint that I have is with his office staff. It takes forever to get prescriptions and appointments scheduled with other facilities, and they don’t respond in a timely fashion. If he could add a nurse practitioner for getting prescriptions and injections scheduled, at other facilities, in a more timely fashion, that would be great."

I highly recommend him and have the background of several other rheumatologists since 2010 when I was diagnosed with R.A. Dr. Rezaian's staff is kind and caring as well. Went for my first appointment today and couldn't wait to post how WONDERFUL and PROFESSIONAL this doctor truly is."

"I have been trying for a month to get with them. It is impossible to talk to anyone. If you leave a message they do not call back and if you reach someone it is their service. I wish there was another doctor in this area bc I'd leave in a minute. Dont' get me wrong. Before covid I saw him twice a year and loved him. "

"I have been with Dr Rezaian for aprox 9 years. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I am so lucky to have him as my rheumatologist. Yes, call backs and refills are a challenge since covid and WV regulations, but I have always found the in-office staff to be curtious and efficient. "

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Rezaian for about 10 years. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, & thorough. He allows as much time as necessary to listen & understand your issues, & to explain conditions & treatment. Sometimes you’ll have to wait a bit for your appointment, but that’s because he makes every patient’s treatment a priority. I highly recommend Dr. Rezaian & feel blessed to have him as my rheumatologist."

"Wonderful doctor! Right now he is only doing telehealth and it is very hard to get refills, calls returned, etc.....seems to be a major communication breakdown. However, he is worth the trouble! You can stop in the office if calls are not returned, someone is there and they will assist you. "

"Dr. Rezaian is a superior doctor. It was well worth the 3.5 month wait between the referral and the appointment to be seen in a Zoom appointment by this caring, knowledgeable, thorough rheumatology specialist. I had heard really good things about Dr. Rezaian from friends who are his patients of many years. I completely concur with them that you won't find a more professional, more comprehensive, more compassionate rheumatologist anywhere. I know with his expertise and attention on my case, my arthritis wil be well-managed and the quality of my life will improve significantly."
