"Dr. Pothen, has completed medical school and is a dr. Somewhere he missed that going up and down stair’s multiple times per day counts as exercise. Additionally, taking a walk is not exercise (ever hear of 10,000 steps per day?). Having children is no excuse, he can’t help you. Dr. Pothen suggested to me that I take my kids with me to the gym and at the same time suggested that I “prioritize myself”. ..."
