Michael Jorgensen , DC

Dr. Michael Jorgensen has over 35 years of chiropractic clinical practice experience and has taken advanced post-graduate training in conservative, non-surgical methods to treat TMJ pain and disorders. He has found that the cervical spine (neck), posture and how the joints function (biomechanics) play an interdependent role in the proper operation of the jaw. Although a mouth guard may be helpful to prevent teeth grinding, it doesn’t address larger issues such as the position of the head, muscle spasm/tension of the muscle of mastication (chewing) and other factors. Dr. Jorgensen will have a private consultation followed by a thorough examination of the tempo-mandibular joint (TMJ), the cervical spine, ranges of motion and other necessary testing and x-rays, where necessary. He’ll then propose a treatment program to discuss with the client and their role in the recovery process. Please call today as he is happy to answer any questions someone may have.

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
