"Problem with office staff , never saw Dr. Higginbotham. I specifically asked if my husbands insurance was accepted before making an appointment to have a growth looked at. Office staff told me yes they took his BCBSM PLAN. Waited a week for appointment, all the time concerned about what this growth might be. Arrived at appointment and was told they didn't accept his insurance for the appointment, wanted me to pay $127. They if it was biopsied it would be More $500 + I would have to pay. They said if serious they would take BCBS but that they weren't in network. BCBS shows Higginbotham is in network, BCBS said possible the facility doens't accept, but doctor does. "
