"He diagnosed me with a condition I did not have and then over medicated me for 10 years. Instead of finding the reason I was not responding to medication, he kept increasing medication dosage. I was made to feel that I was perhaps faking since I wasn’t responding to treatment. Tests and procedures were often ordered incorrectly and office did not respond to calls from providers he referred me to when treatment issues occurred. "

"Dr. Happel is very kind and my dad likes his very much. However, we have had serious issues with lab work not getting ordered correctly or orders not sent in to the lab or a problem with Quest lab on Cleary. No follow up by the doctor's office as I requested even though it has been two weeks since the last appointment. My dad's medication level in his bloodstream has therefore not been monitored for the last several months. I do not know if this problem is with the office or the physician or the lab."
