Dr. Michael Hallett originates from Tonawanda, New York. Graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Nursing, 1985. Graduated from the University at Buffalo Medical School, cum laude in 1989. Psychiatric residency received from the University at Buffalo, 1993. Received his board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1994 and was re-certified on 2004. He is one of the original partners of Suburban psychiatric Associates, founded in 1996. His primary focus is outpatient treatment in adolescent and adult psychiatry. He provides psychopharmacological medication management and psychotherapy. He specializes in treatment resistant depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Dr. Hallett is a clinical Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo Department of Psychiatry.
