"Went to 3 different dentists and Dr Gerlach was the only one who explained in non dentist terms what needed to be done in the most cost effective way, staff was so nice!"

"The staff is wonderful, unfortunately the dentist is not. Dr. Gerlach is extremely cold, unfriendly and comes off as he couldn’t care less about his patients. If I could only deal with the receptionists and hygienists, I’d keep going back but sadly, no such luck. I have never had a dentist or doctor with such a horrible attitude or bed side manner and wouldn’t have gone back as many times as I did but since he couldn’t find a way to keep my crown in place, unfortunately I had to return a few times. A little kindness goes a long way and helps make the patient feel more confortable and cared for. "

"For basic general Dental needs he's okay. But if you have major dental work go to a specialist that deals with that specific need. His work cost me major dental problems. After the damage was done......... I was then told "this is out of his pay grade" !!!! But it was too late the damage had been done! Please get a second and third opinion before you commit! "
