ABOUT DR. GAZORI Dr. Michael Gazori graduated from the University of Washington, School of Dentistry in Seattle in 1989. While in private practice Dr. Gazori was active in community service endeavors including Special Olympics, National Children’s Dental Health Month, and fund raisers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He was a part-time clinical instructor in the University of Washington Pediatric Dentistry Clinic. He entered the pediatric dentistry residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC in 2003 and gained further experience in the management of special needs children, traumatic injuries, sedation, and general anesthesia. As Chief Resident at Children’s Hospital in 2004 Dr. Gazori completed an externship at Children’s Dental Health Project in Washington D.C. There he developed a training survey used in South Dakota to train pediatricians and other health care providers in the recognition and timely referral of dental and oral disorders in children. Dr. Gazori is currently on staff at Loudoun Hospital Center where he provides consultations for inpatients and outpatients, provides educational seminars in the Birthing Inn, and has privileges to perform cases under general anesthesia. Dr Gazori enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, and running his Siberian Huskies.
