"Unfriendly office staff. Incompetent billing staff. Twice we provided insurance information that was never used to bill insurance. We are now stuck with a $1,135. most of which should have been picked up by insurance. We asked several times for them to bill. they did not. Now we are paying for their laziness and jumping through hoops to get the necessary forms to bill the insurance company ourselves so Dr gets paid. Not one apology for their mistake which they admitted. Dr explained it was a new staff? and we are still stuck with the bill. On top of that, I returned Dr call on my MRI results, Nurse insisted on well check, I informed her I was calling just for test results, she seem to not hear and asked if I could take my blood pressure, I told her no, I just wanted my test results, she proceeded to ask if I knew what was my heart rate, again I told her I just wanted test results and my stats ...
weren't needed, she asked if I could take my temp. NO wasn't needed to return call to Dr for test results, she continued to ask if I could get ... I hung up. There were other issues. My husband has had good results with this office.. I got quite the opposite. My husband couldn't believe the treatment I got and my calls were on speaker so he could here the bizarre treatment or nurses responses . I never knew a Dr office to be so messed up and incompetent, leaving the patient holding the bag. I can't recommend this office when friends and neighbors ask about good Dr's in the area.. My response is always avoid this Dr office. Shopping for New Doctor with reliable office staff "
