"I have been a patient for years. I am on the younger side, so I do not go into the office for regular visits unless needed. Dr gave me some test orders, but then his office staff couldn’t take the time to complete their “job” And send the hospital what was needed to complete said tests. It’s beyond frustrating to know medical workers have such little care in completing tasks in a timely manner. Their office Received paperwork on 12/29/23 from the hospital to complete but STILL incomplete on 1/5/24. I’m beyond aggravated with this office. At my last visit, the receptionists were loudly speaking rudely about patients and all they do is sit around and eat! So unprofessional!! If the patient’s care isn’t your top priority, then get a new job!"

"Dr. Zakaria takes care of not only myself but my whole family. This includes my Grandfather, in laws and the care of myself and my husband. Dr. Zakaria is very patient and stays to answer all questions we may have. He explains test being ordered and his reasoning behind the orders. I highly recommend him!"

"His staff is incompetent and disrespectful. They will not even help you but even hanged up the phone while you are still talking. They will always missed something from the doctor's order. When you are scheduled for test like labs, MRI or even therapy, you need to make sure his staff did your referral or you will be just wasting your time. For you to see Dr. Zacarias, even with appointment, you have to still wait minimum of 1.5 hour before he can see you. He is never on time. One time, I was waiting for him to see him, after 2 hours of waiting, I was told that Dr. Zacarias left for an emergency an hour ago. The clinic waiting room is so small, no room for social distancing."

"Dr. Zakaria is truly the best doctor I have ever seen for my medical issues, and I have seen many. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares for his patients. He will go above and beyond what anyone else will do to make sure you get the care your need. Office visits are never rushed and he spends as much time as needed with you. Therefore you might wait a little longer to see him, but it’s worth the wait. I just want to thank Dr. Zakaria for being such a great doctor. "

"Dr Zakaria is great and I would definitely recommend. My only complaint is while in the waiting room you can hear the ladies very loudly complaining about patients. Makes you wonder what they say about you once you leave. Not very professional "
