"Over prescribes, primarily communicates through texting, didn’t understand the need to taper off medication when needing surgery but advised to go cold Turkey. Will not work with you if your goal is to get off psychiatric medications as an option when they haven’t successfully helped for Major Depression."

"She seemed nice and caring at first until I received a letter from the judge stating she was talking all lies and said she understood about my agoraphobia and then told the judge she has no idea why I'm not receiving further treatment. She wanted me to see a friend of hers for treatment but her friend did not accept Medicaid and she knows I currently have no income. She is a professional and is suppose to understand the pitfalls of having agoraphobia. It took her over 3mos to send me a letter for an emotional support animal which was her idea."
