OVERVIEW

Dr. Osterman earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology at George Washington University before she attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College. She completed her orthopaedic training at Jefferson Hospital and her hand fellowship training with Dr. Peter Stern at the University of Cincinnati. Her strong family ties and her love for Philadelphia inspired her return to the area. She is honored to join the Philadelphia Hand Center.

"I was very glad to meet Dr Osterman and her staff.I spent a lot of time with the Doctors assistant who took history and measurements of my injured hand X-rays were done on site (very convenient ) next the Dr came in, we had a pleasant chat. Dr Osterman checked my injury and took a few more measurements explaining everything along the way. All of my questions were answered. It was a good appointment. This dr is pleasant and gives you her undivided attention. No doubt in my mind I have the best person taking care of my injured hand. "

"I unfortunately had to have hand surgery recently. My hand doctor referred me to Dr Osterman. From making the first appointment to the surgery and now the follow ups, it has been a very positive experience. I have worked in the medical field for 40 years. Her entire office staff, Nancy, Danielle, Suzanne and the doctor, are all professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this office. "
