"After having put up with Dr Roat's old school administrative practices for years I have reached the end of my rope. I called today to get a copy of my eyeglass prescription after having had a refraction last year. It had been determined there was no change since 2019. The office did not have a record of the refraction and would not provide me with prescription since according to their lousy records i hadn't had the refraction. The administrator told me i need to see the Dr again. I asked to speak with the Dr. she said he would not return my call. I was unwilling to see the Dr again, I asked her what to do, she said I could go someplace else to get a prescription, so i hung up. I have been on the fence about staying with this practice for years, there is no patient portal, Communicating with this practice is difficult, scheduling must be done months in advance. The consumer experience is poor. Feels like its run on a shoestring, is very busy and doesn't really care if your satisfied."
