"Dr. Lising injected me with botox for migraines while i was in the middle of a panic attack. She had to jab hard to get through the stiff muscles. The visit was nothing but horrible and caused me great pain for several months afterwards. To add insult to injury, my insurance paid for $1,962.03 for the botox and $355.90 for her time . Lising's office is asking me to pay another $580 out of pocket for the horrendous procedure. I have good insurance (Blue Shield Silver) and was told that the practice manager would call about the out of pocket expense. They never did. Two months later (almost a year later) I'm stuck with the bill. Unprofessional, unethical and shocking."
