"I have never experienced less empathy or lack of patient care in my entire life. Ms. Hall walked in (a half hour after my apt) and literally did not greet me what so ever. Rather, she immediately asked me to pull my mask up (which was nearly all the way over my nose), and asked when I tested for COVID, whether I was vaccinated and boosted, and when I had had Covid. I said nice to meet you, to which she replied curtly that she was sorry for not introducing herself but that she didn’t want to be sick for the holidays coming up (nor do I, which is why I thought I was visiting my doctor). I clearly told her all of my symptoms but all she was focused on was Covid despite me already testing twice and having had Covid 2x, and being boosted. I had to ask to have my temperature taken and it took her 10 mins and asking multiple people around the office to find a thermometer- something one would think would be standard for a sick visit/ would be pertinent info to know for my diagnosis. She was not ...kind for even a moment and did not once say she hoped I felt better. In the last minute after dismissing all of my symptoms as “could still be COVID” she asked if “my cough was dry, right?” — my MAIN SYMPTOM that i mentioned 5+ times. She also mentioned taking Tylenol for my headache (which I am not experiencing/ did not mention). She ultimately left the room with me in tears not telling me whether I was finished or not. Disgraceful experience using the tragedy and seriousness of COVID as an excuse to be mean and not do her job. "Read more
