"Dr Spektor reversed my colostomy and provided me with excellent care, attention and service. He was able to provide me a timely resolution to the problem I was having with severe life threatening blood loss from the stoma and put me in a far better place than I had been over the last year. He provided me with a resolution which no other surgeon seemed to be able to do and showed an urgency to resolve the issue which again no other surgeon seemed to have. Contrary to the other reviewers I got excellent service from his staff and I highly recommend Dr Spektor for his surgical skill and professionalism. He helped me get my life back and for that I am eternally grateful"

"I was brought into the hospital for an emergency appendectomy and he had to gull and audacity to be cruel, unprofessional, deplorable and extremely condescending as I was laying there unable to protect or defend myself as I was there requiring surgery. If I could give negative stars that wouldn’t even do this situation justice! Would not recommend him at all! I have 17 years of working in the medical field, and this is not how you treat anyone, the phrase do no harm, does not mean anything to him! He thinks he can talk to his patients with such disrespect and get away with it! And all because he is the only general surgeon for that hospital! SHAME ON YOU DR SPEKTOR! You apparently skipped the courses in medical school on bedside manner! "
