"I am very happy to have Dr. Murnane as my neurologist. He takes a lot of time listening and diagnosing my illness. I appreciate the time he spends with me. He has a great bedside manner! "

"This 1 star rating does not actually refer to Dr. Murnane but the office in general. I waited months to have my first appointment with Dr. Murnane. Due to a sick child, I was not able to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I called the office to inform them and I was told that I only had a 10 minute window past my appointment. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:03 and waited in line due to valet and a medical van emptying out. I arrived to the office prior to 10:10, that 10 minute window. There was 1 receptionist with a women and none other that I could see due to the layout of the office. Another group came in with me at the same time and they did sit on the other side. Then I could see a receptionist there waiting on someone. After apx 5 minutes, they called for the next waiting patient and the other group immediately went up. By the time it was my turn, it was now 10:20. I informed them that I had been waiting prior to 10:10 and that I called in. They said they ...would need to check to see if the doctor would still see me. I waited until 10:30 and was informed that he was still in with a patient. I asked to be signed in and they said it was not possible since I was late. I asked then to see the office manager. She came out by apx 10:45 and informed me that she was aware of my phone call and that I came in at 10:20 due to the cameras. I informed her that I actually sat down at 10:20 but had been in prior. She insisted it was on the cameras at which time I asked her if she was calling me a liar to which was apparent as I know exactly what time I walked into the office. She said that I would need to wait until the 11am appointment was late their 10 minutes and by 11:15, the dr would see me. I did wait just to see but the patient did arrive. I wish I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Murnane but on the other hand, he should realize how completely rude and unprofessional the office manager was and in turn how many people that came in found the office confusing as to where to sign in if the 1 receptionist was busy. I am a business person myself, a professional and am totally taken by how I was treated and disrespected today. JoAnn V. "Read more
