"His staff worked me in over a week early on a cancellation, arrived early, and was seen early, very unusual for a doctor’s appointment!!! He was very through, showed me the x-ray on a tablet and explained it. I knew some of the problems but not all of them. I will be returning to see him in the future. "

"The check in is very efficient. I seldom wait more than five minutes to be taken to an exam room. I am seldom in the examination room for more than a few minutes before a nurse comes in and only a few more before the doctor comes. Everyone is professional. I am back to my car before my scheduled appointment time. "

"The doctor’s appointment was efficient and worthwhile. There was an error in that I was told at check in there was a $45 copay which I questioned since it was a surgical followup. After review, it was determined there was no copay. The review would not have happened without my questioning. Disappointing lack of detail by “the admin process”."
