"Yesterday my mother received a call from Tracy at Dr. Massary’s office. I was with my mother at the time when they spoke. Tracy updated my mom on some important information about her upcoming appointment. Tracy stated that they no longer were able to accept her as a patient due to an insurance error so they dropped her as a patient and canceled her upcoming appointment right away. My mother asked several clarification questions regarding their conversation and her insurance coverage to see how she could fix the situation and what was needed to continue as a patient… Once they ended the conversation and Tracy ‘thought’ she hung up the phone, my mother and I overheard her immediately share the details of their conversation in a demeaning way to her coworker and they collectively began to laugh and make fun of my mother saying things like “how old are you lady” “where did you hear that from” etc etc. this lasted about 1-2 minutes of laughing and sharing details of their conversation before ...
she realized she did not hang up. My mother did not deserve this treatment from Dr Mary Massary and her staff. I hope this message finds them and they can learn to be more compassionate and CONFIDENTIAL with their patients and their private conversations in the future. "

"I would give zero stars if that was an option. This one is a cold fish. All she seems to care about is getting you in and out of the office quickly. And making money. Do yourself a big favor, go somewhere else!"

"I saw her for a while. The time I needed her most when I suddenly developed what I now know was a very pain infection from mold in my nasal cavities she blew me off, said because I was “ill” I couldn’t come in to see her, had a phone/video call instead and she told me to just keep taking cold medicine and a “antibiotic would do more harm than good” I had to go to walk in clinics and actually get examined and they actually helped me and had to give me a steroid and antibiotic to clear the infection. She was zero help and didn’t seem to care at all. Even telling me to go to the ER if the NASAL pain continued. What healthy young person goes to the er instead of a primary care for an infection??? That is not how good doctors practice medicine."
