"I went to this clinic first time to get glasses today. I couldn't get it due to insurance reasons and I asked them to return my ID copy,but they refused to return it. I don't understand what their intention is?"

"I had a great visit with Dr. Cheng. She was extremely patient and thorough with my treatment using her equipment while giving me the correct prescriptions at the end. The staff was also kind and my entire family enjoys going to visit Dr. Cheng so I would highly recommend going to see her!"

"Horrible bed side manor. If you are are Latino you are not treated as human. No Spanish translation available they indist you bring your own which is not a problem. Even with a family member translating, doctor will only address interpreter not the patient. Dr rushes through the appointment and does not allow time for translation. When I asked her to please slow down so that I could interpret for my grandfather, she continued to rush. Then proceeded to put drops in his eyes without telling him she was going to do so. Did not allow time for any questions just dictated orders. He was referred by Hispanic doctor's Association. I will be filing a complaint with them as well."

"I'd never go back here again. They don't know what they're doing, like literally wasted my time and gas of going there. Very unprofessional about everything and the front desk lady has such a bad attitude. "

"Do not use her as your doctor and keep your elderly parents and grandparents away from her predatory office. She yells and berates patients during appointments and tries to push unwanted procedures onto patients. I spoke to other patients and they had similar experiences of her yelling at them during visits and being hostile. She targets elderly people and tries to manipulate the vulnerable into unnecessary visits and procedures. When you do stick up for yourself you are subjected to long waits and being forced outside to receive your glasses. She also attempts to make you sign forms stating it is your mental capacity that is the reason you are choosing to stop seeing her. Do not put your trust in her as she puts profits over people."
