"First two visits were wonderful - on time and excellent staff. 3rd visit a disaster as after driving an hour to get there they informed me that I had cancelled my appointment? I was just there the day before and confirmed! Said they would work me in or reschedule - Showed no respect for my time and called me when I was headed back home on 81 to come back as they had cancelled the wrong person. To many hands in the scheduling of patients lead to this kind of problems. Do better and oh have the Dr. Call and explain when you totally blow it! I know your busy and make mistakes but your patient’s time is important also."

"I used to love this office as a whole, but recently it has become a nightmare to work with. I was diagnosed with epilepsy back in 2013 and have been associated with this office since then for all my needs. This year, they charged me for my visit from last year - refusing to tell me what for besides "late fees" even though I paid the full amount to be seen by Dr. Konyar (who is absolutely amazing). Then today they call me and tell me I need to pay a $25 fee to fax REQUIRED medical paperwork to the DMV. Paperwork I need to have a legal driving license. I understand needing to update policies and procedures through the years and I understand implementing fees on certain things, but I do not understand implementing a fee on required paperwork that, if not paid, could jeopardize my income and livelihood. I am switching doctors because of this issue, even though I adore both Dr. Landrio and Dr. Konyar. The policies and office management are not worth the care provided. "

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS D'S OFFICE! Well never got to see the doctor because the office staff is completely incompetent. They know I have 2 health insurances and the secondary is out of network. The girl said she talked to the 2nd insurance company and they covered it, and she went ahead and made my appointment. I arrive at the appointment and give them paperwork, insurances cards and ID. They proceed to tell me that since my secondary insurance is out of network I would be responsible for the amount the primary does not pay. Not was I was told the other day by the person I had been working with, the one conveniently on vacation this week. They said she was the only one who handled this and I would have to wait until next week when she got back and they could not call her. So likely i'd be waiting weeks to have the test I need done. I have found another doctor and this office is a place I will never associate with since they cant get their stuff straight. Completely rude staff."

Wait time was typical for a specialist's office, but then both gave me the time I needed to share my list of concerns and were thorough during the exam and in explaining things. Highly recommend this very thorough, caring, knowledgable Doctor and NP!"
