Dr. Mark Givan, DDS Your Fort Worth Dentist Dr. Givan earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas Christian University. He received his DDS Degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1978. He established his General Dentistry practice in Fort Worth the same year. Dr. Givan regularly attends continuing education seminars to stay ahead in the practice of dentistry. He holds professional affiliations with the following groups: American Dental Association Texas Dental Association Fort Worth District Dental Society Dr. Givan and his wife Cynthia were married in 1975.
