"outstanding in all respects"

"i liked the doctor , but have had an on going problem with his receptionist and her inability to do a proper job billing clients the right amount they owe. I owed 70.00 and she was billing me for 300.00 and argued with me even though I gave her written proof of amount. they don't want us to come back so I guess your staff being wrong is more important then your clients"
