"Our 3 year old son had to have his two front teeth pulled today. He was so scared but the dentist was so kind. She spoke softly and told him along with us what was being done. We knew after his bathtub mishap that they would have to come out and thankfully he is still okay with having to go to the dentist. He was made to feel safe and it reassured us that we chose the right place for our children.

"My daughter had a bad experience the 1st time she went there about 2 yrs ago they got rid of the dentist and now there is a new one and she is awesome with my daughter and she actually wants to go back. Thank you for making her comfortable and being so great with her.

"I'm so afraid to go to the dentist its terrifying to me BUT this office helps me get thru this they take their time with me. They make me feel comfortable and reassuring. "Both kids had appts. Today. I called to tell them we had arrived and that we would be outdoors. The lady on the phone urged us to stay in the car until they came and got us. I REFUSE to keep 2 children couped up in the hot car! There was nobody around us and we were just fine sitting under the shade of the tree next to my car.. She continued to ask about what vehicle we would be in, so i told her what vehicle we would be NEXT to. She didn't like my response. They finally got to us after a 40 minute wait... When we got in there, they put both kids in adjoining rooms, so i stood in between the rooms to watch both of them. One lady snottily said, you can have a seat over there. I asked if she minded if I watched from where I was since both kids were mine. She said, no because they planned on doing x-rays with one of them. Oh, okay, but how was I supposed to know...there was no communication as to what was going on! At this poin, I was done with the attitudes and I was debating on whether or not I should just walk out. After the x-rays were complete, they brought my granddaughter into the same room with us. The lady that came to clean their teeth was fantastic! I loved the way she spoke to both children as well as myself. She deserves a high five. The dentist was fine too, however, again, there was no communication between the workers and dentist because two workers came and asked me if I was set to go. The dentist told me to stay until she could review the xrays. I realize they were far behind in their schedule, but at least let the dentist talk to us before you try to shoo us out the door! It is usually better than this(normally, i would give them a 4 star review)..but between the 40 minutes wait and the snottiness, you earned a 2 star review from me today.

"Brought both my children in for a visit & the hygienist we had was so patient with my youngest child, as he was asking lots of questions. The Doctor comforted my child when he was nervous about fillings in his teeth. She made him feel confident & comfortable during the whole process. My oldest child, is looking forward to his next visit. Thank you ladies for making my children comfortable!

"My son Graham loves to go to the dentist now!! They have made something most kids do not like to go to, an experience that is not scary! He is 7 and has been going here for two years. They are very thorough. He has had cavities and has needed work, has 5 caps on baby teeth and still, due to how great the staff are, is not afraid and leaves with a smile!? He went for a cleaning today with his second checkup in a row with no further issues. Thank you!!!

"The dentist sometimes scares kids - but this office is great! Lucas had worked himself up into a nice frenzy - but Dr. Margarita and her staff handled it well and eased his fears. Kudos to a great staff - caring and compassionate - just what the doctor ordered!

"My children had a very pleasant visit. The hygienist was very nice and talked to them while cleaning their teeth. The dentist was very quick with them, which was fine. We had to schedule another appointment at the front desk. The staff there were not as pleasant but we got through it.
