"N.P. Margaret Kenneth is consistently hesitant to prescribe refills of low dosage, common medication. Despite the fact I have steady employment, a long-time marriage, house, no history of drug abuse, etc., she always treats me like a drug addict, which is highly insulting and puts me in a defensive position. During the period of 2019 through 2021, I was actively involved in day-to-day care of my father, who was dying of bone cancer. Each visit, I had to repeatedly explain the trauma and stress I was going through and that I was heavily involved in my dad’s doctor’s appointments, in-home nursing, care, hospice and household chores and errands. I felt like I had to beg for medication to get me through this tough period. Again, each visit was met with a complete lack of understanding, no apparent file review of my circumstances and refills were commonly met with resistance and unnecessary questioning. N.P. Kenneth sent the incorrect prescription to the pharmacy on my monthly appointment ...
of August 31, 2021.I noticed the incorrect medication, Ativan, and called the office on September 8, 2021 for an explanation and it was confirmed N.P. Kenneth sent the wrong prescription. At this time, she insisted that I have blood work done before my next appointment, which was already pre-scheduled during my prior appointment, as always, for 30 days hence, on September 27, 2021, or she will, "hold your [my] meds hostage." Blood work was provided on September 20, 2021.The next day the office informed me a second blood test AND a drug test be performed prior to my appointment. I was not originally made aware of a drug test. Infuriated at the mishandling of the situation and that I was yet again stereotyped as an addict, I begrudgingly provided blood work (again) on September 24, 2021 so that I could ensure a refill of medication. The drug test came back clean by the way. In addition, they had the nerve to test me for Ativan, the incorrect prescription of September 8, 2021, even after I offered to bring the mistakenly prescribed pills to them to show I hadn’t taken any. Again, I tested negative for Ativan, which was incorrectly prescribed. On my next scheduled appointment, again, 30 days from the last, as always, on September 27, 2021, staff member “Kimberly” called and indicated she didn't understand the purpose of the visit. I explained as I always do that a refill is needed on the correct medication as it is every 30 days and reminded her of the recent office mistakes of prescribing incorrect medication, 2 panels of blood work requiring 2 separate visits and a drug test. She was confused and kept referring to a "previous appointment," which actually represented the day her office re-submitted the correct medication (September 8, 2021); not an actual appointment. Infuriated, I instructed her to reschedule that day's appointment with Dr. Li for October 8, 2021. Shortly after, I received a letter dated September 27, 2021 where I was officially “discharged” from the office. Dr. Quinn Li cited my “behavior towards the office staff,” as cause for dischargement. As a result of their foolishness and incompetence, I was forced to go the entire month of October with no medication, while still grieving the loss of my father and caring for my recently widowed mother. Oddly enough, Dr. Li called me on the rescheduled appointment on October 8, 2021, which was after he already discharged me effective September 27, 2021, around 6:15pm when the appointment was at 3:30pm.I reminded him of the discharge letter signed the week before and he hung up on me. Shortly thereafter, I was invoiced for September 8, 2021, the day I called to inform (and confirm) the office prescribed incorrect medication during the previous appointment of August 31, 2021 and had to ask for the correct one. As such, September 8, 2021 is NOT an office visit; to no avail, I was billed regardless. Ultimately, I was able to resolve the dispute with Billing and the invoice was canceled on "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
