"I saw Dr. Margaret Green for almost ten years (2007-2017), from ages 13-23 and I believe she did more harm than good. It seems she has shifted gears into life skills, but when I saw her she was still taking trauma patients. As the years went by, she could no longer handle traumatic things I would bring to her, but because my parents would sometimes send me three times a week to see her, she couldn’t afford to lose us as clients and continued to see me. She was grossly unprofessional, especially by psychologist standards: checking her phone during appointments, cuddling or kissing on her dog, giving her political opinions, telling me what I should or should not do in my life or what would be “best” for me, sometimes asking me to help her around her house and having an unprofessional client/therapist relationship. Because she believed us to have this relationship, and being an impressionable teenager when I began seeing her, I believe she did a lot of psychological harm and stunted my personal ...
growth. I do not believe she should be a psychologist in any meaning of the word because she clearly could not hold that therapist/client line with me, my family, or others I know who had seen her. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
