"My experience, rated and noted: - Dr./patient communication, 0/10; Dr. was very patronizing and laughed at a writing error (due to a reading/writing disability, which I told him I have) - Proactive and preventative medicine, 2/10. Dr. is strictly reactive (wait for issues to arise, then take action) - Patient care, 5/10; annual physical was incomplete, per insurance requirements - Office staff, 7/10; I brought a hard copy of my official medical history with me to my first annual physical but no one wanted to take it. After 3 attempts and being told to hold it or pass it along to someone else, I just kept it - Organization, 3/10; the in-office discussion was not well noted"
