" The most unprofessional staff at a medical office I've ever witnessed! Maybe they are short staffed, but they never answer the phone so it took a while to get an appointment. The day before the appointment I get a text from an unknown number saying "I've been trying to get a hold of you to confirm a 10 o'clock appointment before I give it to someone else!". i had No voicemail or email or texts from this person prior! This was after I filled out all the pre-appointment information online. Did not say who they were, it was so tacky! Not greeted in the office. The doctor did not tell my daughter what he was doing to her nor did they give her any aftercare instructions. My daughter felt uncomfortable the whole time. Hopefully he did good work, we will find out at her next dentist appointment with a different doctor!"
