"I made an appointment to be seen as a first visit and they scheduled me a virtual visit. Two days before the appointment they called me and left a message to confirm the appointment. I called back to confirm but no one answered so I left a voicemail. The next day they left another message saying they couldn’t confirm my appointment unless they actually spoke to me, they won’t confirm based on my leaving a voicemail message. So I called 3 times that day and it always goes to voicemail. I left messages saying I did want to keep my appointment and to please call back so I can confirm but I never got a call back. I called again the day of my appointment and always it went to voicemail, no one responded and they never called me at my scheduled virtual visit time. Terrible office!"
