"I have been trying to contact Dr. Ellis via phone email, it’s been more than 3 weeks and i have not heard back from you. I started my Laser treatment with Med Spa because I have been seeing Dr. Stoher and I trusted this establishment. I am so disappointed by the way i have been treated, and i have never experienced this kind of treatment anywhere or at any Business establishment. I have been left stranded with my treatment, i don't know where I stand. I have been very patient with various changes in the scheduling, different people handling my treatment. I want a call back from Dr. Ellis with the explanation and I want ALL my money refunded. I even brought mothers day facial which i could not use I need that refunded as well. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed by the lack of Ethic and lack of empathy to your patient. "
