It has been a privilege to serve women of many cultures throughout all stages of their lives and I respect a woman-s right to make her own choices in all aspects of her reproductive years. I would do this job for free and often have in my medical travels to Nicaragua, China, Thailand, and Cambodia. Since retiring from hospital practice, I no longer deliver babies, perform major surgery, or teach medical students and residents but continue to enjoy providing prenatal care and office based services. Cutting back has allowed me to spend more time on volunteer activities and pursue personal interests - alpine skiing, gardening, golf, and traveling the United States with my husband on our Harley Road King.
