"I did not have a great experience seeing Dr. Dey. I found her to be extremely unprofessional, did not let me speak, nor did she answer any of my follow up questions. During my virtual visit, she ripped off her headset and stormed off to the hallway, where I could hear her and her assistant bickering about what dosage to prescribe to me. Then when she came back to the call, she was flustered, rushed the rest of the appointment. When I tried to speak, she ended the call. I followed up with a 2 emails and a phone call to her office since my questions were not addressed. I was told I needed to make yet another appointment if I wanted answers. When I explained that that was not acceptable, and that was the whole point of my appointment, she said she would talk to Dr. Dey about it. Well, I received a call-back from the office help today, who basically said I was in the wrong and that I didn't have anything to say during my appointment. I was shocked. "I asked Dr Dey to fill out patient assistance program papers for my medication since I’m struggling to afford it. She said yes but with a 25.00 processing fee....to fax some paper work. My primary would do this for free but he didn’t prescribe the medication. This is completely outrageous and obnoxious. "

"demanded $200 prior to seeing Dr. "as required by insurance" without notice from staff, waited 45 minutes to see dr. received EOB, proving the Dr. over charged for service. office is non responsive to calls or emails for refund. "
