"This is a physician assistant, NOT a doctor. I went to this medical office in Kew Garden as an emergency measure to get an XRay on my badly injured ankle. Mr. Guillaume did not wear any gloves and his face mask was half way down his nose, and his finger nails were black. He did not seem to be a skilled PA. He picked up a personal call during my consultation and it was not professional at all. I did not like his manners. In addition, he wanted to give me a lidocaine shot on my ankle which I refused because I did not trust him. When I went to see my regular orthopedic doctor who could not understand why Guillaume would insist giving me a lidocaine injection which will not help me at all. Be careful with this guy! The Kew garden medical facility was kind of old, not clean and organized enough to my taste. "

"Dr Guillaume was professional a no nonsense type of medical person. He took a look at the previous doctor's notes and reports suggested I need PRP treatment.His staff explained what PRP is and how it helps the body heal itself without medication, Though I was skeptical I went for it. He administered the treatment and that was the first day in 3 months I slept without heavy dose pain killers. After 3 months of disabling pain I could sit, walk stand and sleep as a normal person would.."

"This is an incompetent, unethical physician assistant. He is not a doctor, he does not have an m.d. degree. He has issues. He performs procedures and other clients have also complained that they have severe pain after when they should not. He should be investigated."

"Very good orthopedic doctor polite, soft spoken, listen to your issue and addresses them, if you need x ray or MRI he will give you a referral and will follow up on your progress and his secretary Lillian G is very polite, professional and get to know you by name she will go out of way to make sure you leave happy and with everything you need including your next appointment. Lillian and Dr Louis make a good team working together. I wish all the other secretaries are as efficient as Lillian G. I would record Dr Louis to anyone. "
