"Awful. I had a screaming match with her because she DOES NOT LISTEN, and will do whatever it takes to make sure she can get an appointment out of you so she can charge you. Having to talk to this professional gives me so much anxiety. "

"The absolute worst appointment I’ve ever had. This woman was more than hour late to my appointment (was the first appointment of the day and wasn’t even in the building) sat and ate her breakfast and went to the bathroom for another half hours, rushed the appt, did not listen to anything I had to say, refused to look at my continuing treatment paperwork or contact my previous provider, refused to ..."
