"I saw this physician for migraine botox injections. I was transferring from another physician, this office is closer to my home. She does not follow the injection site recommendations provided by the company that makes the medicine, nor follows the recommendations of the physicians who did the medical trials. I no longer see this practitioner for this service as she pointedly refused to review the botox site with me to discuss options."
