"So many things that could have been avoided. We went to see Dr. Pastor for a follow up to an MRI my daughter had (now) three weeks ago. My daughter’s specialist sent us to this clinic, and also left specific instructions for the doctor and techs as to what she was looking for. Our specialist also mentioned this to me, to reiterate to the tech what our doc was looking for. Tech said yeah yeah (her name is Oksana, rather abrupt) so I believed that we were all on the same page. She takes the pictures brings them to Dr. Pastor, and returns and and says she does not see what we are looking for. I ask tech to ask Pastor to please give me two minutes of her time, and she leaves to do so, in meantime I call our doc’s nurse, telling her what’s up, she tries to get out doc on line so we do not have to leave and come back again. Tech returns and says no Pastor does not have two minutes to spare ( for my kid, who has some serious health issues). I am disappointed but we go home only to get a call ...
from our specialist who apologizes for Pastor and tech, saying they never did what she asked and we are welcome to return (for free! What about our time and parking? And my kid missing what little on line school she has?? ). All of this could have been made right with two minutes or a little less right but I’d have been ok with, was an apology from Linda Pastor that evening. Never happened. Still hasn’t. Wish I could give zero stars. "
