"a new patient transfered from dr childs retirement...our first visit was cancelled due to dr hoffan exposure to covid ( very understandable)....i called the nurse line and left a message for a medical issue a week ago and have never heard back ??? i hope this was just a mistake.... seals miller calling for my wife the patient Linda l Miller 11/01/1954"
