"Saved my fathers life with her attention to detail. Went to many doctors before who ignored his symptoms. She took him out of work so he could go to his specialist. He wound up getting open heart surgery and he is better now. If you have this APN, you are lucky. "

"ZERO STAR! My first experience she spent 10min did not even touch me nor shake my hands.Told her all my concerns but she talks about if insurance will cover. Does not listen and talks over you. Second visit thank god I had my boyfriend in the room. I told her about my ongoing headache is alittle better but again she did not try to address my concerns. She kept talking over me and talked about my bloodwork. She gave me my result and assumed the worst. Without trying to do more testing and just told me to go see a specialist. She did not even seem to care but again talks about my insurance. She think she knows everything and would not even try listen to what I need. Clearly she does not care about patients and only care about getting paid. Left the office again without expressing my concerns and not getting all my answers. The next day my head was hurting again. I was very worried. Called her office and request to get MRI script for my brain. Same NP that saw me called and Stated my insurance ...
might not approve. She said “ why does your head hurt you told me it does not hurt anymore” I told her I never said that I said it got alittle better and now It hurts again. She said it will be very difficult to get it approved and her notes states I don’t have head pain. All of sudden she brings up my past work experience as a medical biller. She said “ you should know you’re a medical biller” oh really?? Is that how you talk to patients and bring up their job??? Who in the mind would talk about patients job?? I wanted to say excuse me?” you’re a nurse you should know your job, stop talking about insurance and care about patients health. DO NOT LIE ABOUT WHAT PATIENT SAID, STOP BEING SO RUDE!! but I did not want to stoop to her unprofessional level so I did not say anything because She would not stop talking over me, cutting me off, kept talking about insurance and now lying about what I said!!. She was so rude over the phone and very unprofessional. Cannot believe someone like her can me a nurse. Clearly I had my boyfriend in the room and he heard our conversation. If she would listen to her patient instead of cutting them off, she would remember. It’s very disappointing when someone is more worried about insurance payments than patients care. What is the problem? if my insurance don’t cover then I would just pay. It’s not like she is doing the scans, It has nothing to do with her. It is Very difficult Asking for a script to see other specialist. As a patient if I feel something is wrong the first this is to go get my health checked!! The worst thing she did was lie about what I said in the room so she don’t have to write me a script. I’m glad I had someone there to witness how she treated me.I know I have Medicaid but treating patients differently due to their insurance is unprofessional and is the worst thing you can do.Plus diagnosing someone without other testing done is illegal and can get into a lot of trouble. I will never trust her with my health. I have seen Positive reviews but that don’t mean anything .. my experience was horrible and never again will I let anyone treat me in such way especially how she talked to me over the phone this was unacceptable. Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
