"Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the therapy as I was unable to see the Dr due to the office inability to get me set up. A very long story ends in me getting a phone call 6 hours prior to a scheduled appointment to inform me that my todays appointment is being cancelled. The reason was that I/we had not done the intake paperwork needed. Well, I was told 2 emails to me had been sent and not responded to, I searched my email...none there and not willing to forward me the original emails. This was the second appointment the office cancelled. The first was cancelled because showing up 30 minutes in advance as instructed was not acceptable either! If this is the professional culture of the office it seems I may be better off not being a patient....thank you."
