"She was great, came in and asked me what was bothering me and I told her it might’ve been a wisdom teeth and she confirmed that it was my wisdom teeth. Very informative also."

"I actually never got to see the dentist today because I was left in the waiting room for an hour .arrived at the office at 10:50AM for an 11 AM appointment. I did not sit directly in front of the recreceptionists desk so I believe she forgot about me as she called, at least, 2 appointments before me, one having come in after me sitting in the same waiting area as I was."

"My visits are usually exceptional. My recent visit was not the best. It all started with my appointment for my cleaning. I received a call from the office the day before my appointment, but no message was left. I called back as soon as I can. I was informed that the office no longer works on the weekends and I would have to reschedule my appointment for a different day. It would be nice to inform patients ahead of time instead of the last minute. I received a call again the day of my appointment, and again, no message was left. The day of my appointment, I was very surprised with my visit. Usually, I would be asked if I have any pain, soreness, loose teeth, chipped teeth anywhere. I would also be asked how often I brush my teeth, do I floss, use mouthwash, the type of toothbrush I use. Nothing. I am not sure if all dental offices do an x-ray once a year, but I did not have any x-rays taken during my visit. The cleaning was about 15-20 minutes which is unusually quick.
