"We were left waiting for over 35 minutes. No apology. Had not reviewed my extensive medical history. Was very curt. Spent about 5 minutes telling me she most likely will not be able to do my surgery. I have had to write her office more than once to get any follow-up tests scheduled. I am sure she is good surgeon, but she is not a good listener or communicator. "
