His pleasant and jovial personality not only makes my dental visits bearable but surprisingly enjoyable. Even though I typically dread dentist appointments, Dr. Hacking's amiable demeanor significantly lessens the unpleasantness of getting my teeth worked on. One thing I appreciate is his thoughtful approach to administering Novocain – he uses a numbing jelly beforehand and injects the needle with such care that the usual discomfort is notably absent. Engaging in conversation with him is not just a formality; it's genuinely enjoyable, making me feel that he has a sincere interest in me. "
