"Needing a new dentist (previous dentist no longer in network for insurance), we were thrilled to see this office being built near our home. My daughter was the first to visit. She found it to be an odd visit and quite painful. She just had a routine cleaning and examine. Within 24 hours, still complaining of pain, I checked her mouth and found multiple cuts, missing chunks of skin, and multiple mouth ulcers (6 ulcers that I could count). She contacted the office a week after as the sores were still causing her serious discomfort and was told she should gargle with warm salt water. The next day we decided to visit a Cleveland Clinic Express Care and she was put on antibiotics and a steroid mouthwash. I am cancelling my upcoming appointment as I needless to say have serious concerns about this practice."

"Sometimes it’s hard to find a Doctor/Dentist who is both Professional AND considerate. However, with Dr Primiano and her team, they are exactly that. Dr. Primiano is thorough, knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. My husband and children also see her and my kids (8 and 6) actually don’t mind going to the dentist anymore! I highly recommend!

"The entire staff have a hometown attitude that assures you of being seen in a prompt manner by healthcare professionals who are personable. The staff can carry on an enjoyable conversation throughout your visit while still attending to your dental care in an efficient manner. I must say that I was a dental scofflaw for years but Dr. Primiano and her associates have brought me back around to good dental health. I am grateful for their conscientious care during this period of special challenges for the practice as they deliver this high quality care.

"I am 67 yrs old and still hate the dentist. Scared to death. But Dr Primiano has changed that...She is a great person, very considerate and aware of your feelings. I actually enjoy seeing her and am much more calm now when I am there. Everyone here is nice but she is the best!

"I was in a lot of pain with a cracked tooth recentlly. Dr. Hayes saw me right away. He was very gentle in examining the tooth, and recommended an oral surgeon because it was beyond repair. I had my routine cleaning a week later and the dental hygienist was very good and careful not to cause any pain around the bad tooth. She was careful on scraping the tartar from my bottom front teeth so my gums were not irritated. Also, I felt that the practice was very clean and safe to go to, especially now with COVID-19. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. They are not using the sinks for rinsing any more, but using a suction type disposable straw to remove the water from your mouth. The office staff is always friendly and happy to help with whatever I might need. I would highly recommend Dr. Hayes and Olmsted Falls Dentistry!

"Dr.Primiano was able to schedule me in the day after I called complaining about tooth pain. She checked the area thoroughly to find the cause and gave me a complete and comforting diagnosis. She also gave me options in dealing with the issue. I would recommend Dr. Primiano to others.
