"Since Pandemic started, there was very few places where doctor took new patients. I choose Dr. Ting with some reluctance as she is a young doctor, not many reviews on her on internet. However, after my first appointment with her, I was completely happy with my choice. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, very patient with me. She really spent time to listen to my issues and made careful exams. After my recent appointment, she even checked test results and sent me the message during the weekend (This indicates how diligent Dr. Ting is!). Thank you so much, Dr. Ting! "

"Around one year ago, I transferred to Dr. Ting, with my previous family physician leaving the area. I would say Dr. Ting has been very courteous in any format of her communications, either in MyChart messages or in-person visits, which makes me the patient very comfortable. I cannot make a statement on her knowledge yet, given the short period I am with her, but she always had good judgements on my situations and she explained to me very well on why. Particularly, she appreciated and encouraged my questions in my visits, and her replies to MyChart messages were within hours. I would like to note that this is VERY different from most of my previous physicians, which seemed to be either too eager to rush out the room or too reluctant in replying messages. So far, I feel I am lucky to be accepted as Dr. Ting's patient."
